GRAMMY nominee Trombone Shorty will perform at the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards

Pre-Telecast Ceremony, taking place on Sunday, February 13th from 1  4pm

(PST) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.  Also performing will be fellow

nominees including Mavis Staples, Buddy Guy, Cyndi Lauper and Kenny Wayne

Shepherd among others.

Trombone Shorty's breakthrough major label debut, Backatown, is nominated

for Best Contemporary Jazz Album.  The event will be streamed live

internationally on www.grammy.com/live and www.youtube.com/thegrammys, beginning 

at 1 pm (PST) and will remain on GRAMMY.com as video on demand for 30 days
