ENTRY: To enter, visit the Bernie Williams - The Journey Within Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") go to the Bernie Williams artist page at www.vervemusicgroup.com. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 1st, 2003. Follow the on-screen directions to fill out the drawing entry form. Only one entry per person or household sharing the same e-mail address.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen (18) years or over to enter and win, and a legal resident of and currently living in the United States, its territories or possessions. Employees and their immediate families of Verve Music Group ("Verve") its parent, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, the sponsors and prize donors (collectively, "Sponsors and Administrators") are not eligible. Only one prize per household, e-mail or street address will be awarded.
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, Verve reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes, and select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these rules. Verve reserves the right to share entry information with Sponsors and Administrators.
WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing of all eligible entries will be held on or about November 2nd, 2003. The drawing will be conducted and judged by Verve Music Group, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or regular mail. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing the Sponsors and Administrators from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing may cause the winner to forfeit their prize. Return of any prize as undeliverable will disqualify a winner.
Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Verve, its affiliated companies, sponsors or prize donors to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
