Billie Holiday's voice is one of the most memorable and truly unique. I have been a fan of her's since the mid-80's when I discovered "That Ole Devil Called Love" and there was no turning back. I have collected all the known studio recordings and a few "Live" recordings of her works. Those "complete" collections are lovely and have indeed caused me a pretty penny or two...but it has all been more than worth the money that I have paid. Listening to her voice and her interpretations are pure diamonds.
